Salted Macadamia Butter
It can be used as a dairy butter alternative, used as a spread or in cooking.
We use only our own macadamias from the farm, roast them and then add a little macadamia oil to keep it smooth.
It has been a very popular product – try it on toast with strawberries or bananas with cinnamon; use it with salt, pepper and lemon juice as a summer salad dressing, or mix it with your favourite spices to make a marinade for fish and chicken. All natural, gluten free, dairy free, vegan.
