Salted Macadamia Butter
Our butters are 100% macadamias, single origin. Roasted and blended with Australian Olsson’s Sea Salt – nothing else added.
It can be used as a dairy butter alternative, a milk concentrate or a cream/butter alternative in cooking.
Try it on toast with strawberries or bananas with cinnamon; use it with salt, pepper and lemon juice as a summer salad dressing, or mix it with your favourite spices to make a marinade for fish and chicken. All natural, gluten free, dairy free, vegan. Amazing!
