Original Macadamia Butter from our Oct 2023 harvest, late Nov roast.
Our butters are 100% macadamias, single origin (grown on our family farm). Lightly roasted and blended – nothing else added.
It can be used as a dairy butter alternative, a milk concentrate or a cream/butter alternative in cooking.
It has been a very popular product it can be used for either sweet or savoury cooking or on its own straight out of the jar! All natural, gluten free, dairy free, vegan.
Available in 2 sizes: R 200g, caterers 1000g
Store in a cool dry place or in the refrigerator once opened.
